Conference Hotel Information

The official hotel for the 2026 Louisiana State EMS Education Conference & Expo is the Hilton Shreveport, conveniently located adjacent to the Shreveport Convention Center.

A discounted group rate has been secured for conference attendees. To receive this special rate, all reservations must be made by May 18, 2026. Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability and the hotel’s standard room rate.
