The Louisiana Rural Ambulance Alliance (LRAA) was established in 1995 by dedicated Emergency Medical Service Providers committed to serving the rural population of Louisiana. Our mission is to unite EMS providers facing similar challenges, offering education, networking opportunities, and collaborative initiatives to enhance emergency medical services across the state. Today, the LRAA continues to uphold the ideals of our founders, focusing on promoting emergency medical transport and serving as a unified voice for healthcare providers, public officials, and the community. We strive to facilitate the exchange of ideas and information to improve emergency medical transport in Louisiana.
