Several of this year’s offerings require advance registration due to limited seating. Please complete this form prior to attending the event to reserve your spot. Seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

The 2026 Annual EMS Awards Banquet is a ticketed event. All banquet attendees must be registered conference participants in order to attend. Guest banquet tickets are available for purchase at the conference registration desk for $30 per guest, subject to availability.

Important Registration Information

  • Seating for designated limited-capacity offerings is available on a first-registered, first-confirmed basis.

  • Registration confirmations will be sent by email.

  • If a course reaches capacity, attendees may be placed on a waitlist.

  • Attendees may only select one (1) concurrent breakout session per time block.

  • Please complete and submit this form prior to the conference to ensure placement.

  • Course offerings, topics, speakers, and seating limitations are subject to change at any time. Attendees registered for a specific offering will be notified by email as soon as any changes occur.
